“Jyothi Lakshmi will showcase a new me and I'm pretty confident people will appreciate it,” said Charmme Kaur, speaking on the sidelines of the film's first look launch.

Charmme, who have been waiting for the film to take off for almost six years says, “Puri Jagannadh handpicked me for the title role. The film will have the actress pulling off some interesting dance moves, emotional scenes, etc. My character has been interestingly sketched and I did act in the film but behaved myself and the audience can see a new me. ”

Apparently, from flaunting her midriff to polishing her dance moves, the actress has spared no effort to live up to the director Puri Jagannadh's vision. The film's teaser will be out on May 17 – to coincide with her birthday.
