With the release date of 'Jyo Achyutananda' almost confirmed as Sept 9, are we in for its clash with Vikram-starrer 'Inkokkadu' ('Iru Mugan')? The big-ticket Vikram-starrer, which was to release on Sept 2 in Tamil (and a week later in Telugu) has since been postponed by a week, reportedly owing to delay in completing Vfx work on time.

By and large, Avasarala Srinivas and Sai Korrapati are going to face competition from NTR's 'Janatha Garage', which will be 8 days old on Sept 9, and 'Inkokkadu'. A few days later, it will have competition coming from Nani-starrer 'Majnu' (slated for Sept 16 release).

While 'Inkokkadu' is a spy thriller directed by Anand Shankar, 'Jyo Achyutananda' is a small-ticket rom-com starring Nara Rohith, Naga Shourya, and Regina Cassandra.
