After the stupendous success of Fast and Furious 7` in India, Universal PIctures India is all geared up to bring the much-anticipated next installment of yet another iconic series Jurassic World`. Keeping in mind the humongous success and cult fan following of Jurrassic Park` across Indian markets, Universal Pictures India will give the movie a wide multi-lingual release on June 11, 2015 in 2D, 3D, Imax 3D and 4DX.
The movie starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and renowned Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who will be playing the role of the park owner Simon Masrani,is set on Isla Nublarthe same location as Jurassic Park` and is a direct sequel to the runaway 93 hit.
Cinematic genuis and well-known film-maker-producer Steven Spielberg returns to his role as executive producer for the long-awaited upcomingsequel of his groundbreaking series.
The story unfolds 22 years after the events of "Jurassic Park," in a fully functional resort on Isla Nublar that sees more than 20,000 visitors a day.The new park includes a biological preserve, a safari, a zoo, and a theme park type setting and of course unprecedented up-close access to real, living dinosaurs. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure based on characters created by Michael Crichton. The story and screenplay is by Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver while Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.
Talking about his upcoming movie, director Colin Trevorrow stated, "I felt like I had a responsibility to do it. Mostly for Steven (Spielberg), in thanks for all he's done for all of us and how much his movies meant to me in my childhood. But also, if one is asked to do this, it's almost insulting to everyone else to say no. We'd all love this privilege - to be able to re-create a film that meant so much to us."
'Jurrassic World' releases across Indian theatres in English, HIndi, Tamil and Telugu on June 11, 2015.
