The coronavirus pandemic raging on its second wave has not only affected Tamil Nadu in a big way but also most of India with the North the worst hit. A number of celebrities have tested positive on a day-to-day basis and today Tollywood mass hero Junior NTR has confirmed being infected.

NTR has written on social media "I’ve tested positive for Covid19. Plz don’t worry,I’m doing absolutely fine. My family & I have isolated ourselves & we’re following all protocols under the supervision of doctors. I request those who’ve come into contact with me over the last few days to pl get tested. Stay safe".

Junior NTR is currently acting in the pan Indian epic fantasy film 'RRR' directed by S.S. Rajamouli and co-starring Ram Charan Teja. He is also showing interest to star in a Tamil/Telugu bilingual in the near future and is already said to have listened to scripts from top directors.
