July Kaatril is now Unnale Unnale

Cinematographer - director Jeeva has a penchant for romantic stories. His earlier movies 12 B and Ullam Ketkumae dealt with love.

Says Jeeva, “Romance always finds a special place in Tamil movies. My new film July Kaatril is also about love.”

Talking to media persons on Tuesday, Jeeva said, “The movie features a newcomer Vinay, Bollywood star Kajol's sister Tanisha and Sada in prominent roles. We have shot a major portion of the movie in Melbourne and London.”

It was Jeeva who introduced Shaam and Arya to Tamil filmdom. Vinay, a model from Bangalore, is his latest introduction.

Says Jeeva, “The movie is a sequence of events that occur between three prominent characters, who come to work in Melbourne.”

The movie produced by Oscar Ravichandran has musical score by Harris Jayaraj.

To avail tax benefit, the producer and the director have opted to change the title of July Kaatril to Unnale Unnale.

Plans are on to release the movie for Christmas.
