The audio release function of Julayi was held yesterday at Hi-Tex in Hyderabad. The event was glitzy in that it saw the attendance of many stalwarts. Pawan, Dasari, Allu Aravind, Rajamouli, Srinu Vytla, Harish Shankar, Tamanna, Suresh Kondeti, Naga Babu, Rama Jogayya Sastry, Chota K Naidu, Bandla Ganesh, Trivikram Srinivas and others were present. Sai Dharam Teja was conspicuous by his presence.

The first CD was released by Pawan, who handed it over to Dasari.

Aravind was seemingly proud of his son. "Julayi may mean carefree attitude, but Bunny is a very responsible person in real life. He doesn’t welcome my support. He often tells at home that I am his biggest villain," he said in a lighter vein.

Rajamouli hoped that the film will be a big hit for the combination. Harish Shankar called Arjun Tollywood's own SRK. "I listened to two songs while shooting GS. DSP has recently given a blockbuster album. He is impatient to give another hit (laughs)."

Bandla Ganesh wished his 'brother' Trivikram and DSP all the best. "DSP was the music director for the film which changed my life. I will never forget him. Trivikram is like my brother. I wish that Julayi will be another Gabbar Singh."

Sai Dharam said that he was not qualified to talk about Trivikram. Srinu Vytla said, "This film's team is my favourite team. I always want to write like Trivikram. I like the energy that Arjun comes up. I will make a film with him in future."

Charan who could not make it to the event as he was tied up with the arrangements for marriage, said that the dialogues from the movie were extraordinary. Pawan spoke only this much: he wished the makers all the best.

Arjun said that Trivikram serves the purpose of educating the audience through his dialogues, and likened him to a 'pundit.'
