Another stylish and sensible director has arrived in Kannada filmdom. The third generation from the reputed family of famous comedian Hasyachakravarthy Narasimha Raju - there are two notable contributions from this film - director SD Aravind and actor Avinash Diwakar. Both are exceptionally good and they have proved their mettle in the debut with some cool and composed style in `Jugari'. This is an attempt to give correction injection to corruption!

This is not a film for the front bench audience. This is not going to be a hit among the masses because director Aravind has not compromised content for box office. The entire first half he has shown the hero look beyond a hero material but in the second half he has added sophistication and style in his narration.

What the Kannada film `Vishnu Sene' that is remade from `Ramana' in Tamil and `Tagore' in Telugu looked at weeding out corruption in a harsh style this director SD Aravind in `Jugari' polishes it and puts it on screen.

Bylaw Shanker (Bylaw is his place) after serving a term becomes Bylaw (Avinash Diwakar). He comes back after 14 years to see vast changes in his home town. He finds his place and friend of childhood. He works in a petty shop buying old newspapers and magazines. At the same time he decides to remove a thorn with a thorn. Bylaw makes his own by-laws and hatches a plot to get back the property of his teacher which was usurped by a greedy person. At the house of his teacher he starts `By Law Solutions' and uses trick in getting the confidence of biggies in the society.

Every law breaker and corrupt person in the society is attracted with Bylaw Solutions schemes. They trust him immensely. In the post interval nearly 100 crores of rupees is at the custody of Bylaw Solutions. The entire amount is made out of corruption.

Bylaw has further stunning schemes with him. One among them is using the entire corruption money of 100 crores for Chamaiah Charitable Trust development. He has very cleverly taken the corrupt money to the charitable trust that is not possible to come back. On the other hand Bylaw takes the onus of a murder and uses his brain again to 14 years imprisonment.

Every second of the film is gripping and compelling to watch. The screenplay style and minimum dialogues makes it more interesting.

Avinash Diwakar is the hero of tomorrow. He has that looks, cool temperament and good physique is another advantage for him. Harshika Poonacha as a lawyer in the film has chosen a role to suit her strength. Avinash senior, Sharat Lohitashva, B Suresh are treat to watch.

Arjun has given two lovely tunes. Ninna Naa Noduvaregu..is high class, the title song is amazing. The cinematography of Ananth Urs is also of high standard.

A remarkable attempt! This is an A-class cinema!
