Young Tiger Jr NTR's brother-in-law Narne Nithin Chandra has been waiting in the wings to debut in Tollywood as a lead actor. Looks like his dreams have become a reality now as Narne Nithin has caught the attention of director Teja, who is known for his unique artistry to introduce new talent. According to a well-placed source, Teja is gearing up to launch Narne Nithin Chandra as the lead actor with his upcoming film, Chitram 1.1, a sequel to his 2000 youthful entertainer starring late Uday Kiran and Reema Sen.

Teja, we hear, has been taking special care of Narne Nithin Chandra and is mentoring him in learning the nuances of acting. The film also features a new actress as the female lead and Teja has launched an extensive lookout for a suitable face. Chitram 1.1 will go on floors later this month and the entire film would be shot in Ramoji Film City (RFC). Incidentally, Chitram was also shot in RFC and the film has become a runaway hit at the box-office. It appears that Teja is determined to recreate the same magic with Chitram 1.1.

Besides Narne Nithin Chandra, Chitram 1.1 will also feature over 40 newcomers in prominent roles. Produced by Teja under Chitram Movies, in collaboration with S Studios, the film has music by RP Patnaik.
