Payal Ghosh of 'Oosaravelli' and 'Prayanam' fame has said that Bollywoodians disrespect the southern film industry even as they are demeaning towards actresses. In a tweet condoling the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, the actress opined that she has worked with the likes of Jr NTR and feels that the southern film industry is like a paradise.
"These Bollywood guys have disrespected me like anything saying that South actresses are easily available. I have worked with Superstar Jr NTR, star director Surender Reddy, two national award-winning directors. I swear on God they never tried to misuse me," she tweeted, adding that Bollywood disrespects South.
"Again I repeat South film industry is Jannat (heaven) and Bollywood is hell. I am sorry, Sushant, we failed you," she added.
"South makes temples for their heroines and Bollywood disrespects them (heroines) to death. I made a huge mistake leaving Tollywood and got carried away with Bollywood, which doesn’t have any emotions," she wrote on Twitter.
