Tamil film industry has been for a long time mulling over various options to eradicate the piracy menace but all of them have failed to achieve the target. All kinds of films regardless of budget and star value get affected by people watching the pirated copies through internet or DVDs as soon as the film release in theatres.

Now the producers of 'Joker' have come up with a new solution or we should call it an arrangement make good of the loss caused to the producer by piracy and also use it for a good common cause. .

The latest ad poster of 'Joker' carries an announcement from Dream Warrior Pictures the producer of the film.

Aptly calling the habit of watching films in pirated formats as a form of corruption as a film involves the efforts and hardwork of hundreds of labourers, the producers have given their bank account details and requested the friends who watched the film's pirated versions to credit the ticket price they deem to be fair for the film.

The praiseworthy part in the ad poster is that it mentions that the money received through this avenue will be used for building toilets for the households which do not have one. It is worth noting that the core them of Joker' is poor people's inaccessibility to toilets even at this era of modern technological developments.

'Joker' directed by Raju Murugan with Guru Somasundaram in lead role has garnered unanimous positive reviews from fans and critics and the film is expected to emerge as a super hit.
