After the disappointing reception of his last film 'Satyamev Jayte 2', actor John Abraham is all set to redeem himself with the upcoming action flick, 'Attack'. While John is not new to action films, this time he'll be seen in the role of a super soldier. The trailer of the film was massively loved by fans and recently, John took to Instagram to announce its new release date.

'Attack' is going to hit the theatres on 1st of April 2022. John has high hopes from the film and he believes that it can be a game changer for Bollywood. He earlier said, "The film goes down a road no other action films here have tried. There’s a sci-fi angle, a complex drama and there’s a question mark on how India handles terrorists. It takes into account what our history is and who we are as a nation. I can’t wait for the audiences to watch it in cinemas as it was super exciting brining this film from paper to reel."

Producer Jayantilal Gada, who has similar expectations from the project stated, "I’m hoping this is a breakthrough movie that will usher in a new age of films in our industry as the visual effects and scale compliment the movie beautifully. Attack (Part1) will be released in cinemas on 1st April and we will soon start pre-production for part 2."
