'Jodi' Trailer: Father puts son in trouble

'Jodi', directed by Viswanath Arigela, casts Aadi Sai Kumar in the role of the beleaguered son of a betting-crazy father, played by senior Naresh. Since the father's addiction to cricket betting is a constant in the Trailer, it seems the conflict point has everything to do with that and, of course, the love story involving the hero and Shraddha Srinath of 'Jersey' fame.

If Shraddha plays a girl with outdated preferences (she doesn't use a smartphone), there is an anti-hero who is both money-minded and egoistic.

Vennela Kishore, Sathya and Gollapudi Maruthi Rao form part of the cast, with the former two taking care of comedy.

With music by 'Neeve' Phani Kalyan, the film has cinematography by SV Vishweshwar.

The family drama will release on September 6.
