After carving a niche for himself in the Hindi and Punjabi industry in his almost two decades long career, this versatile actor has now gradually started getting his deserved recognition.

According to a recent poll, Jimmy got the maximum votes for the best actor in the negative role for his movie Fugly'. Jimmy has mostly done off-beat and unusual roles in his career varying from a chocolate boy in Mohabbatein to a serious character in Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, A Wednesday and Special 26 to a romantic one-sided lover in Tanu Weds Manu series.

Jimmy has always given justice to his every character. He has also proved that whether it is full-fledged role of a cameo in movies like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. series, Hum Tum, My Name Is Khan, he has always successfully won the hearts of the audience.

Well with such masterpieces in hand, we are sure Jimmy Shergill has a long way down in the industry!
