With the upcoming youth entertainer Fugly audiences will get to see the versatile actor Jimmy Sheirgill transforming from his more typical romantic, guy next door roles to an outright bad boy villain.
Speaking about his role and what attracted him to the script, Jimmy said, "When I heard the narration, I could sense that the story was inspired from real life. It feels its an in your face kind negative role."
A talented actor and producer, Jimmy (Mohabbatein, A Wednesday, My Name Is Khan) once again reunites with his Special 26 co-star Akshay Kumar for the latters production venture Fugly, which is billed as a riveting youth comedy drama film. Both Akshay and Jimmy share a great friendship, and enjoy collaborating on film projects.
Added Jimmy, "Kabir (Sadanand - the director) said to me that he had written the part especially for me, as he felt that if I played it, I would give a different shade of villainy. Also, it was great to reconnect with Akshay."

Oh My God, Akshay Kumar and Ashvini Yardis, Grazing Goat Pictures, is all set to have you on the edge of your seat with their next release, Fugly, a Youth Entertainer, set in by lanes of Delhi, releasing on 13th June 2014. Fugly is also the launch pad for Mohit Marwah, Olympic medalist Boxer Vijender Singh, Kiara Advani and Arfi Lamba, the freshest faces to join the film fraternity.
