Jiiva’s next locks release date!

Actor Jiiva was last seen on screen in the Sundar.C directed comedy caper Kalakalappu 2 which also had Jai, Mirchi Shiva, Catherine Tresa and Nikki Galrani, besides an array of comedy actors. Almost an year since the actor had a release, and here’s an update on his next.

Jiiva’s long delayed fun filled entertainer Gorilla, which is directed by Don Sandy who had previously directed Mahabalipuram, is reportedly planning to release on May 17 as a Summer treat. An official announcement is expected soon from the makers.

Gorilla has a real  Chimpanzee playing an important role in the screenplay and will mark the Tamil debut of Shalini Pandey of Tollywood blockbuster Arjun Reddy fame. The movie also stars Yogi Babu,Satish, Muneeskanth, Radharavi  and has music by Sam CS. Meanwhile Jiiva’s Kee releases on April 12.
