'Rangam-2', directed by Ravi K Chandran, stars Jiiva in the lead role. A dubbed version of the 2014 Tamil action film 'Yaan', the film will hit the screens on Nov 25. Thulasi Nair, younger daughter of yesteryear actress Radha and sister of Karthika, is the female lead.

At an event held in Film Chamber today, the film's release date was announced. It was attended by producer KVV Sathyanarayana, Samudra, young producer Bharath Chowdhary, director Bheemineni Srinivas Rao, and 'Pelli Choopulu' actor Vijay Devarakonda participated.

The film is produced by AS Balaji, who says, "'Rangam' was a milestone movie in Jiiva's career. This is again an exciting subject."

Nasser, Jayaprakash and Urmila are playing key roles. Music-directed by Harris Jayaraj, the film has editing by A Sreekar Prasad and cinematography by Manush Nandan. Dialogues are by Sashank Vennelakanti. Lyrics are by Vennelakanti.

On Nov 25, the film will clash with 'Jayammu Nischayammu Raa'.
