Actor Jiiva, who recently had a release with the cyber thriller Kee, is gearing up for his next release Gorilla which releases on June 21, and his other movie Gypsy directed by Raju Murugan is also getting ready for release, and the trailer and audio released recently have received great reviews.

On the other end, Jiiva was also working in the action movie Seeru directed by Rekka fame Rathina Shiva, and the movie has reportedly reached the final stage. The team recently filmed the climax action sequence at Omega cables in Ambattur, and the scene had Jiiva and Navdeep fighting it out.

Seeru basically is about friendship, and has Navdeep of Arindum Ariyamalum fame returning to Tamil after 4 years, playing the villain for the first time in Tamil. Produced by Super Good Films and Vels Film International, the movie has Tollywood actress Ria Suman debuting in Tamil.
