Few days back, actor Jiiva began shooting for his next movie, a romantic comedy entertainer directed by debutant Santhosh Rajan, and bankrolled by his home banner Super Good Films. This movie will have Kashmira Pardeshi and Prayaga Nagra as the female leads.

Now, Jiiva’s previous movie produced by the same production house, Kalathil Santhippom directed by N Rajasekar, is getting ready for a theatrical release. Kalathil Sandhippom is Super Good Films’ 90th film which also stars Arulnithi, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Manjima Mohan, and the team is reportedly planning to have a theatrical release on the festive occasion of Diwali.

Kalathil Sandhippom also stars Radha Ravi, Robo Shankar, Ilavarasu, Aadukalam Naren, Vela Ramamoorthy, Sri Ranjani, and Pisasu fame Prayaga Martin in a cameo. The team has revealed that theatre owners are looking forward to receive the government approval for reopening theatres and screen this multistarrer as the first movie post lockdown. Kalathil Sandhippom has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
