Official: Important and Interesting details of 'Kavalai Vendam'

Yesterday we had reported that the shooting of Jiiva's 'Kavalai Vendam' will begin on January 18 in Coonoor.. An official communication from the film's producer Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment banner confirms the same and also reveals other important details of the project.
Jiiva who has earlier teamed up with the banner for the blockbuster 'Ko' will be acting as the lead hero while Bobby Simha who is presently acting in 'Ko 2' from the same production house has been cast as the parallel lead. Kajal Aggarwal will pair up with Jiiva for the first time in this film while Sunaina and Shruthi Ramakrishnan of '144' fame have also joined the cast. The film will also have a strong supporting cast that includes Mandra, RJ Balaji. Bala Saravanan, Mayilsamy and 'Naan Kadavul' Rajendran among others.
'Kavalai Vendam' is the second film of young director Deekay after the super hit horror-comedy 'Yaamirukka Bayame' bankrolled by the same production house. Leon James whose songs for the yet to be released 'Ko 2' have impressed the music lovers will be scoring music for this film also. Abinanthan a former assistant of K.V.Anand will be handling the cinematography. Senthil Ragavan will mantle the Art department while Ruben Antony will take care of Editing.
Regarding the content of the film, the communique states "'Kavalai Vendam' is a film on human emotions. As how romance and relation ships plays a major part in life, breakups and patch ups also play a major part. 'Kavalai Vendam' reveals the unsaid parts relationships and break-ups. The casting plays a major part to show case this script and hence the casting was done keeping the script in mind." With this we can conclude that the film will be an emotional story that deals with love relationships.
