Actor Jiiva recently had a release with the long delayed techno thriller Key directed by debutant Kalees, and the movie had a struggle of more than an year to find its release. Now, within less than three weeks of Kee's release Jiiva is ready for his next.

Jiiva is all set to return on screens with his comedy entertainer Gorilla, directed by Don Sandy of Mahabalipuram fame and produced by All In Pictures. It has now been made official that Gorilla will arrive on screens worldwide as a summer special on June 21. 

Gorilla will have a real chimpanzee as a part of the movie, and will revolve around a heist and how the chimp and the lead actors are involved in it.Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey makes her Tamil debut with Gorilla, which also stars Yogi Babu, Radharavi and many others, and has music by Sam CS.
