Jiiva starts shooting for his First Horror flick

Actor Jiiva's 25th film 'Pokkiri Raja' is expected to hit the screens on the forthcoming Friday, that is March 4. Coming up next for him will be 'Thirunaal' and the actor is also almost finished shooting for 'Kavalai Vendam' directed by Deekay, which will be releasing in the latter half of 2016.

Now we learnt that the talented actor has started shooting for his first horror film directed by Ike, a former assistant of Kamal Haasan. The film is being produced by Fox Star Studios and director Atlee's A For Apple Entertainment banner.

Jiiva has been taking part in the shooting of this film which is going on a Palani simultaneously, he is also shooting for 'Kavalai Vendam'. A big chunk of this horror film will be shot in Palani and then the team will move to Chennai.

Sridivya will be pairing up as the female lead with Jiiva for the first time in this film and she is expected to join the shoot from the first week of March. The supporting cast includes Radhika Sarathkumar, Divyadarshini and Thambi Ramiah. Musical score is being endered by Vishal Chandrasekar of 'Jil Jung Juk' fame.

The yet to be titled film will be a no-nonsense horror flick with shades of humor.
