Breaking! Raghava Lawrence and S.J. Suryah teaming up for cult classic sequel

Raghava Lawrence with his ‘Muni/Kanchana’ franchise has not only earned fame as a successful actor-director but also commands a solid opening on par with tier one stars.  S.J. Suryah on the other hand started his career as director and gave blockbuster hits with contemporary superstars Ajith, Vijay and Pawan Kalyan.  He later turned actor and starred in a few films as hero but is now one of the most sought after villains in Kollywood following the massive success of ‘Maanaadu’.

The hot news now is that the charismatic Raghava Lawrence and S.J. Suryah who are both favorites among all center audiences are teaming up for Karthik Subbaraj’s ‘Jigarthanda 2’.  The filmmaker recently announced that after eight years he is making the sequel to the super hit and preproduction work is going on in full swing.

Bobby Simha who played the iconic “Assault Sethu” in the original is also set to return in ‘Jigarthanda 2’ which is likely to have Santhosh Narayanan as music composer and the crew of the original returning as well.  Stay tuned for the official updates.
