Following various leads to actress Jiah Khan’s suicide, Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj reported to have been taken into judicial custody and will be kept in jail till 27th June.

Jiah Khan, who hung herself on 3rd June, had written a six-page letter which revealed some harsh truth behind her taking the extreme step. Through the letter, it was evident that the 25-year old actress had undergone a trouble relationship. Although she didn’t name anyone, the letter was addressed to her boyfriend and she wrote how badly he had treated her and didn’t show any respect to her love. She revealed that she had been physically and emotionally abused - beaten, raped and had undergone an abortion.

According to post-mortem reports of Jiah, it was found out that she had an abortion early this year. Besides the marks on her neck and throat, there were no other visible marks on her body. It was also reported that she was not on drugs or alcohol.

While all these days Sooraj was accompanied by his father, as the situation has gravened mother Zarina Wahab decided to take matters in her hand. Talking to media, she stated that people were jumping to conclusions and wrongly framing her son. Wahab had also gone to meet Jiah’s mother Rabiya, who was in no mood to speak with the former and curtly ended the meeting.

Zarina also was confident that Sooraj is not someone who will raise hand his hand on Jiah or other women. "I would disown him if he did," stated the mother of 22-year old in an interview.
