Well, the reason might not be what you want to know. During a recent visit to Tibet, a fan got to take a photo with Li, and the sight of Li is heartbreaking. Li’s physical appearance look way much more than his age and fans have been expressing their sorrow in the web. Apparently, Li is suffering from hyperthyroidism and spinal problems.
