Parul was one of the three heroines of that successful Govindayanamaha` of Komal Kumar in lead. She is solo heroine in Jassi` that stars Dhananjay of Directors Special and Raate`. Dhananjay has a spree of films on floor. Vijayaditya, Boxer, Badmash, historical Allama` on floor.

In Jassi` Sumalatha Ambarish plays Dhananjay mother. The hat trick director of Govindayanamaha, Googli and Rana Vikrama` Pawan Wadeyar has shot for the film in Ooty, Chikkamagaluru and Bengaluru.

Raghu Mukherjee, Chikkanna, Avinash and others are in supporting roles.
