‘Jersey’: First Day Collections in Telugu States

‘Jersey’ has reportedly earned a distributor share of Rs 4.60 Cr on Friday (Day 1) in the Telugu States.  The Nani-starrer needs to cross Rs 20 Cr in AP and TS to achieve break-even.

As per trade circles, the release of Raghava Lawrence’s ‘Kanchana-3’ has turned out to be somewhat of a dent.  In the absence of this horror-comedy-action flick, ‘Jersey’ would definitely have taken bigger openings.

The worldwide theatrical rights of ‘Jersey’, which is a cricket-based family drama, are valued at Rs 26 Cr.  The film’s collections are billed to go up in the coming days.  

Starring Shraddha Srinath, Master Ronit and Sathyaraj, the film is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri.
