Jeremy Renner is now breaking his silence for the very first time after barely surviving a horrifying snow plow accident on January 1, almost claiming his life. The 52-year-old Hollywood actor and Avengers: Endgame star shared an update about how he was doing a month later as he still recovered.
Renner emphasized the range of treatments he has undergone, stating physical therapy, peptide shots, IV drips, stem cell and exosome treatments, red light/IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber therapy, and cold plunges, amongst others. He stressed exactly how much his mental strength and determination are a part of healing, showing that he plans to live out loud the life he was granted after the accident.
And in making a statement, he accepted that it's on him to use this second opportunity to be extraordinary and give back to his family, friends, and people who supported him during this difficult phase.
The representatives for Renner confirmed in January that he was involved in a weather-related snowplow accident that left him critically, but stably, injured. Members of his family have been by his side ever since, ensuring that he gets the best care possible.
Renner is a case in point; he has all along been open about his journey to recovery, and through the ordeal, he has also completely streamlined his life, ridding himself of everything that is considered not necessary.
In answering questions in an interview on CNN the other day, this is how he described his new, restructured life with "tremendous focus" and "great purpose." Obviously, "there's no excess fat in my life anymore."
Renner also teased an album in the works after the early stages of the rapper's healing process. He additionally goofed around with some Halloween magic as he showcased dressed up as a giant sloth with his adorable ten-year-old daughter Ava Berlin in an Instagram video. Ava is Renner's daughter with his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco.
