Jeevitha Rajasekhar, a prominent figure in the film industry, alongside her husband, the renowned actor Rajasekhar, wields significant influence within the entertainment world. They have also ventured into politics, aligning themselves with various political parties. Notably, Jeevitha Rajasekhar serves as a member of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which is responsible for censoring and certifying films. However, amidst the controversy surrounding Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma's politically charged film 'Vyooham,' she finds herself at the center of allegations.

Natti Kumar, a respected producer who has been protesting against Ram Gopal Varma's 'Vyooham,' has accused Jeevitha Rajasekhar of having political affiliations with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP. He asserts that this affiliation is the reason behind her clandestine support for the film. Kumar has taken his grievances to the Union Central Board, urging them to remove Jeevitha from her position as a member of the board. It's worth noting that Natti Kumar has been in opposition to the film for some time and has previously submitted complaints against it to the Election Commission.

Now, he has directed his accusations towards Jeevitha Rajasekhar. Previously, when 'Vyooham' applied for censorship, the Regional Censor Board in Hyderabad rejected it outright, leading to the film being referred to the Revising Committee. Jeevitha is a member of this committee. She has been associated with the YSRCP for a significant period. Under these circumstances, Natti Kumar has pointed fingers at her.

However, Jeevitha Rajasekhar has vehemently denied all allegations. She clarified that she has no political connection with the YSRCP and does not endorse their ideology. She also explained that the photographs circulating on social media linking her to the YSRCP are old and that she is no longer affiliated with the party. Currently, she stated that she is a member of the BJP. She emphatically stated that when 'Vyooham' comes before the Revising Committee, she will evaluate it impartially, setting aside her political beliefs. She expressed her dismay at the spread of false information and character assassination in the public domain, questioning the motivations behind such actions.
