The top ranking television channel of Sun Network regional chain ‘Udaya TV’ is growing heaps and bounds. The recent addition to this popularity is ‘Jeevanadi’ mega television serial reach 250 episodes.

‘Jeevanadi’ is a popular Kannada cinema starring Dr Vishnuvardhana and Khushboo in D Rajendra Babu Direction, the same title is kept for the channel mega soap opera.

‘Jeevanadi’ in reality is addressed to river Cauvery. It is a story of a middle class Jyothi who bears all brunt to reach her goal.

Telecast from Monday to Friday in Udaya TV at 9 pm, the serial has successfully completed 250 episodes and moving forward. The serial will now be presented to the audience with a new face as a lead and more exciting storyline.

Jyothi aims to study well and work for the betterment of the society. But her dreams are shattered when her mother forcefully gets her married. Jyothi’s husband betrays her and tries to abort the child. Later she takes divorce from him and decides to raise the child alone. How she manages to raise the child alone and also achieve her goals forms the crux of the story.

The new lead in the Jeevanadi serial will be played by Archana who has acted in few serials and also a well-known theatre artist. Archana feels that the role of Jyothi is challenging and as good scope to explore.

The serial is produced by prestigious production Media House and is directed by Syed Ashraf.
