As reported earlier actor Asif Ali is teaming up with hitmaking director Jeethu Joseph for the first time for an upcoming movie titled 'Kooman'. A day ago, the team had started filming the project with a switch on ceremony. Jeethu Joseph took to his social media handle to announce the same and penned, “My next Project KOOMAN started rolling.” He also shared a few pictures from the ceremony.

The first look poster of the movie was unveiled recently and it may be noted that ‘Kooman’ comes with a tagline that reads ‘The Night Rider'. Going by the motion poster, which shows silhouette of trees, and also a snake crawling and an owl in the background, it looks like the upcoming movie is a fantasy horror-thriller. It's the first time that the actor Asif Ali is teaming up with the renowned director Jeethu Joseph and for the same matter, the expectation levels are really high. Koomam also features Renji Panicker, Baburaj, and Jaffar Idukki in pivotal roles. Meanwhile, director Jeethu Joseph has several other highly anticipated movies in the pipeline, including ‘Ram’ and ‘12th Man’, both featuring Mohanlal in the lead role.
