The visual autobiography of the reformed don HM Krishnamurthy who was once sheet anchor rowdy as 'Jedralli Krishn' is not appealing to the masses. There are no stunning incidents to make it worthwhile in visual media. HM Krishnamruthy now a social servant has just tried to document his life in an unconvincing style.
Remaining on screen in almost every frame at this 40 plus age HM Krishnamurthy goes back to his terror days that looks awful. In the second part the social service the intention of the protagonist to help the people is admirable. But it is not presented in the acceptable form.
The 501 Kempegowda Jayanthi held sometime ago forms the contents in the climax. Where are the intriguing scenes, comedy, sentiments, melodious songs, good performances - you cannot ask all such factors in this film. Even the technical side also has not helped debut of HM Krishnamurthy in acting and production.
Coming from Jedralli the robust Krishna is caught in the web of gang wars. His ability to put down 15 persons at a time for a good cause is used for the bad purpose by one of the gangster. Krishna is instigated by his friend and that earns him the bad tag. The police look for him for killing two top rowdies Guddhu and his right hand. Krishna is not interested in any power from fear. He starts his own industry but underworld does not allow him to sleep happily. Krishna again occupies the frontrunner position. When Krishna is having no opponents in life he decides to help the people and becomes a Good Samaritan.
Jedralli Krishnamurthy should have practiced before coming to the camera. He does good job in action scenes. One song in the film on Kalabhaireshwara is passable. No scope for Shwetha and Sushma in the film.
There is only one song from Sridhar and background score is OK. Cinematography by AL Mohan is average. No new things tried to give young look to Krishnamurthy.
Score - 4/10
