Ahead of the OTT release of Jayasurya’s much-awaited 100th film Sunny, Amazon Prime Video unveiled the captivating trailer of the movie. The trailer takes us through the life of Sunny, the title character played by Jayasurya. Going by the trailer, the one-man movie promises to be an emotional ride. The movie is the journey of self-discovery of a failed musician, who returns to Kerala after losing everything in Dubai. Amid the raging Covid-19 pandemic in the country, he’s placed under quarantine at a hotel. What happens after a bunch of strangers enters his life forms the crux of the story.

Written and directed by Ranjith Sankar the film releases on September 23. Produced by both Ranjith Sankar and Jayasurya under the banner of Dreams N Beyond, Sunny is the duo’s eighth collaboration. Sunny will be available for streaming in India and across 240 countries and territories on Amazon Prime Video.
