On August 31, Malayalam actor Jayasurya celebrated his birthday. On the special day, the actor made a big surprise announcement about his next movie. The actor will be joining hands with veteran filmmaker Joshiy for an upcoming big-budget film! Interestingly, the upcoming action entertainer marks his first collaboration with the master filmmaker in the lead role.

Sharing the first look motion poster of the movie, the elated actor wrote, “So very excited to share the first look poster of a dream project on my birthday with Joshiy Sir and Venu ettan. Was waiting for a project with Joshiy sir for many years and finally locked a subject which is very exciting!!!!! Stay tuned for more updates”. Nishad Koya, of ‘Ordinary’ and ‘Thoppil Joppan’ fame, will be scripting the film, which is bankrolled by Venu Kunnappilly of Kavya Films.

Apart from the action entertainer, Jayasurya will be next seen in 'Meri Awaz Suno' that has Manju Warrier in the female lead. Jayasurya will be essaying the role of a radio jockey named Shankar in the film. Jayasurya also has a bunch of other interesting movies including ‘Sunny’, ‘Eesho’ ‘Rama Sethu’, and ‘Kathanar’ among others.
