Jayasurya, who has regained his chances by his role in Classmates, turns singer with a new album to be released shortly.

Jayasurya is singing a solo love song in the album written by his collegemate Maya. The song set to tunes by Anil starts like 'Aadhyamay pranayikkunu..... Ninne ninne ponne' This untitled album will be released in a month.

Jayasurya who used to sing has earlier lended his voice to a Krishna bhajan, which also has not yet been released.
