Jayasuriya sans makeup

In the history of Malayalam cinema, every important actor had taken to deglamorised roles in some point of their career and earned accolades for their uncanny performances in unnatural characterizations.

Be it Sathyan or Prem Nazir, to the super stars Mammootty, Mohanlal and Jayaram, every star has found time to be in unnatural roles that hardly need any makeup to appear beautiful.

Following this path of veterans is the young actor Jayasuriya. He is appearing as a youth working in a Photostat store in the new film ''Currency'' directed by Swathy Bhaskar.

Jayasuriya is appearing as Keshu, a displeasing guy with a short hairdo, and blackish complexion. Kalabhavan Mani, Mukesh and Meera Nandhan are the other important characters in this movie.
