We had earlier reported that actor Salim Kumar will be directing Jayaram for an upcoming project. The latest that we hear is the film has been titled 'Daivame Kaithozham K.Kumarakanam'. Though Jayaram and Salim Kumar have shared the screen space in a number of movies, this is the first time they are reuniting as an actor-director combo.

The movie which is scripted by Salim Kumar himself has started rolling today at Erattupetta. Apart from directing, Salim Kumar will also be playing a prominent role in the upcoming movie. The movie also features Sreenivasan, Nedumudi Venu and Hareesh Kanaran in pivotal roles. Actress Anusree plays the female lead in 'Daivame Kaithozham K.Kumarakanam'.  Alwin Antony of Ananya Films and Dr Zachariah Thomas of UGM Entertainment are jointly funding the upcoming movie.
