After a long gap, Jayaram will be seen in his action avatar for the new movie 'Sathya'. Scripted by renowned noted scenarist AK Sajan and directed by late filmmaker Diphan, who passed away recently, Sathya's teaser and trailer promise it to be a power packed entertainer. The latest piece of news is that the movie will hit the big screens on 20th of April, Thursday.

In the movie, Jayaram will be sporting a salt and pepper look. Parvathi Nambiar is playing the female lead along with Roma Asrani in a pivotal role. Produced by Feros Saheed under the banner Shehnas Movie Creations, the movie will also feature Sudheer Karamana, Rahul Dev, Aju Varghese, Major Ravi, Vijayaraghavan, Nandhu and many others in supporting characters.

As it was Diphan who gave a big break for actor Prithviraj through his mass entertainer Puthiya Mugham, the upcoming movie is expected to give an action hero tag to Jayaram.
