The shoot of Jayaram-Meera Jasmine starrer much-awaited movie helmed by veteran director Sathyan Anthikad commenced recently and is shaping up at a brisk pace. Jayaram, who had joined the sets of the film, has now shared an interesting video with fans. The BTS video has the lead pair checking on some pictures on the camera, while Sathyan Anthikad too joins them. “Shooting in progress,” he captioned the video. Going by the video, it looks like the duo are playing a couple in the movie. The actress is playing a character named Daisy. Devika, Innocent, Siddique, KPAC Lalitha, and Sreenivasan are also part of the cast.

Interestingly, the movie will mark popular actress Meera Jasmine’s comeback to the film industry after 5 years. Meera Jasmine has charmed the audience with some of her unforgettable performances in movies across all South Indian languages. Meera Jasmine and Sathyan Anthikad have worked together in four movies in the past - ‘Achuvinte Amma’, ‘Rasathanthram’, ‘Vinodayathra’, and ‘Innathe Chintha Vishayam’ and the upcoming film will mark their fifth collaboration. Meera Jasmine was last seen in a major role in Pathu Kalpanakal that was released in 2016. As the actress is making a comeback in a full-fledged character after almost a decade, the audience have pinned high hopes on the upcoming project. In a recent press meet, the actress had also confirmed that she will be actively working in movies from here on.
