It's known that Ganta Ravi, son of the AP Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, is debuting as the main lead with 'Jayadev'. Directed by Jayanth C.Paranji, the movie is being produced by K Ashok Kumar on Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Art Creations banner.

The makers are planning to release the movie in the last week of May. The teaser will be out on April 27 at 4:25 p.m.

The first song will be released on April 30. Two songs will be picturized from April 30 to May 8 in Slovenia.

The director says, "This film is being made with all kinds of elements which will be loved by all sections of audience. This is a story about a sincere police officer. We designed the character of 'Jayadev' taking inspiration from many honest and brave police officers who sacrificed their lives and families in their line of duty. There are ten powerful action episodes in the film which will thrill the audience. It was under Ashok Kumar's banner that we introduced Prabhas as hero with 'Eeshwar'".

Malavika is the heroine. Vinod Kumar, Prauchuri Venkateswara Rao, Posani, Vennela Kishore, Hari Teja, Shravan, Supreet, Komati Jayaram, Rajeswari, Shiva Reddy, Kadambari Kiran, Bittiri Satthi, Karuna, Meena, Jyothi and others are a part of the cast.

Music-directed by Mani Sharma, the film has cinematography by Jawahar Reddy. The story is by Arun Kumar. Written by Paruchuri Brothers, it has editing by Marthand K Venkatesh. Fights are by Venkat. Art direction is by Krishna Maya.
