Jayam Ravi’s ‘Iraivan’ to take the release date of the Prabhas starrer ‘Salaar’? – Full story

Rebel Star Prabhas joined hands with the ‘KGF’ director Prashant Neel. The action biggie produced by Hombale Films also stars Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Eswari Rao, Jagapathi Babu and others. The movie’s trailer was reported to release on September 6th and to be attached to Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ in theatres.

Salaar was announced to hit the big screens on September 28. But now sources tell us that there is a change in the release plans and Salaar is likely to be postponed to December 2023 or January 2024. Meanwhile, the hot news is that Jayam Ravi’s next film ‘Iraivan’ is expected to have a grand release on the same date, September 28. Iraivan is a thriller film directed by I Ahmed and it has Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the female lead.

On the other hand, there is a buzz that Telugu star Ravi Teja’s Pan-Indian film, ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’, may get preponed from October 20 to September 28. This movie is based on true events about a thief who threatened the nation.
