Exciting update on Jayam Ravi's blockbuster sequel!

In an important development, it has been said that Thani Oruvan 2 will start its shooting from February 2021. Thani Oruvan directed by Mohan Raja, starred Jayam Ravi, Aravind Swami and Nayanthara and released in 2015, went on to become a massive blockbuster.

Mohan Raja had already announced teaming with Jayam Ravi again for Thani Oruvan 2, the seventh film from the brothers and the latest update is that they've decided to start Thani Oruvan 2 from February 2021, once Jayam Ravi completes shooting for his part in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan.

Meanwhile, Mohan Raja is teaming with actor Prashanth for the Tamil remake of Hindi hit Andhadhun the director is planning to wrap the film work by February 2021, which will facilitate the launch of Thani Oruvan 2 in February 2021.
