It is well known that actor Jayam Ravi is playing a cop for the third consecutive time in his upcoming film 'Bogan' directed by Lakshman of 'Romeo Juliet' fame. Arvind Swamy is playing an important role in this film and the two charming actors have teamed up for the second time after last year's blockbuster 'Thani Oruvan'.

While it was being reported that Arvind Swamy plays a sage character in the film a newly released still of the film features him in a cop's attire along with Ravi. But the director has divulged that the 'Roja' actor plays a scion of a king's family in Tamil Nadu and his character involves a lot of suspense elements and one among them is his sporting cop look in this particular still. The actor known to be a romantic hero of the 1990s, sports a Murukku Meesai for the first time in this film.

Even the character names of Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy in the film share an interesting characters Ravi's name in the film is Vikram while Arvind's name is Vikramadithyan.

Hansika plays the female lead in this film. The first two schedules of the shooting have been completed and the team will be flying to france, to can two songs between the lead pair.

Reliable sources reveal that the makers are planning to release 'Bogan' in September.
