Jawaan inspired by Pawan Kalyan: BVS Ravi

Writer-director BVS Ravi has revealed that Sai Dharam Tej's character in 'Jawaan' has been based on the words of the likes of Pawan Kalyan.

"With Inspirational words from stalwarts like you @PawanKalyan sir, we scripted our @IamSaiDharamTej s character in #Jawaan," Ravi has said, sharing one of the latest tweets of the Jana Sena chief.

When the title song teaser was released on September 2, which is Power Star's birthday, this is what we wrote: "Since it's Pawan's birthday today, you see Sai Dharam Tej posing in a style straight out of 'Jalsa'. Photos of Pawan's Jana Sainik avatar are seen. In the end, it's hard to say who is the actual jawaan: Is it Pawan or Tej?"
