January releases to be re-shuffled?!

Forget April, it seems a few of the films scheduled to be released during the Sankranthi holiday season will see a re-shuffling of their release dates. The Producers' Council on Monday is set to hold a meeting regarding the same. A mutual compromise will be struck between the makers of the films.
While Pawan Kalyan's 'Aghnathavasi' will release on Jan 10th, and so also Balakrishna's 'Jai Simha' on the 12th, it seems the entry of Vishal's 'Abhimanyudu' and Suriya's 'Gang' has prompted this meeting. These films are, as of now, scheduled to be out on the 13th and the 12th, respectively.
Raj Tarun's 'Raju Gadu' wants to hit the screens on the 14th. There is no news regarding Ravi Teja's 'Touch Chesi Chudu'.
"It would be very nice if the council tries to bring similar understanding between all producers who planned for April 2017 releases," Bunny Vas says.
