After ‘Blood Money’, it’s the turn of ‘Jannat 2’ to change its release date…

‘Jannat 2’, which was earlier slated to release on 11th May 2012, will be now releasing a week ahead, that is, on 4th May – according to the latest announcement from the production house Vishesh Films.

‘Jannat 2’ stars Emraan Hashmi and introduces model turned actress Esha Gupta. The film is directed by Kunal Deshmukh, and produced by Mukesh Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt under the Vishesh Films' banner.

The crime thriller, which is produced by Vishesh Films and Fox Star Studios, is a sequel to the 2008 hit film, ‘Jannat’.

‘Jannat 2’ is a story about a single man's immense desire to make it big in life by any means. Arjun Dixit, the character played by Emraan in 'Jannat', was a small time gambler turned into a big shot bookie, while this time; this film highlights the issue of illegal arms in Delhi.

Similarly, Bhatts’ ‘Blood Money’ pre-poned its release date and now the film is hitting the screens on 30th March 2012.
