Janhvi Kapoor on starring in her mother Sridevi's biopic

Popular young actress Janhvi Kapoor is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film 'Mili' in which she will be seen sharing screen with actors Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa. Ever since she made her debut, Janhvi has been compared with her late mother and veteran actress Sridevi and she is often questioned about her during media events .
In a recent promotional event for 'Mili', Janhvi was asked whether she would want to be a part of remakes of her mom's movies. To this, the actress replied that no one should remake Sridevi's movies as they won't be able to pull it off. Janhvi was then asked whether she would ever m star in the biopic of her mother.
The actress responded negatively with a nod and when quizzed further, she said, "Sir woh bhi bahut lamba answer hai aur mujhe bhook lagi hai, aur mujhe rona nahi hai stage pe. Acha din hai toh avoid karte hai (Sir there’s a big answer for this and I am hungry right now, and I don’t want to cry on stage. The day is good so let’s avoid it)."
Talking about 'Mili', it is a remake of Malayalam survival thriller 'Helan' and it features a young cheerful girl fighting for her life when she accidentally gets trapped in a walk in refrigerator. Manoj Pahwa will be seen portraying Mili's father while Sunny Kushal will be seen as her love interest.
