This one is for the grand occasion for the Kannada Rajyotsava. Noted personality of Karnataka former minister Gali Janardhan Reddy has released a well conceived ‘Naadageethe’ video album on Tuesday at Chamundeswari Studio.

The most interesting fact is that the former minister and heavy weight politician Gali Janardhan Reddy has delivered the song on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava that is penned by first Rashtrakavi from Karnataka KV Puttappa – Kuvempu.

Jaya Bharatha Jananiya Tanujathe…is the State anthem in Karnataka. Speaking on this occasion of ‘Nadageethe’ album release Janardhan Reddy said he becomes very emotional when he hears this song. On the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava presenting this with new format was my wish he mentioned. I was into cultural activities of VHP in my college days. I won prizes too. Later on the business, politics took lot of time and deviated stated Janardhan Reddy.

The intention of this new format for ‘Naada Geethe’ is to spread in nook and corner of Karnataka. Although I got prizes for recitation of Sri Ramayana and the Mahabharata it is Karnataka state ‘Nada Geetha’ of Kuvempu always attracted me. I had sung this song even at Manchester Kannada Rajyotsava.

In the coming days I would get in to Kannada cinema industry and be very active he pointed. Politics and Cinema are like my two eyes he pointed.

‘Naada Geethe’ new concept is from Ayyappa Sharma, brother of dialogue king Saikumar and Ravishanker. Ayyappa Sharma directed Kannada films in the past. Rajesh Kata is cameraman and Kaushik Harsha composed this song popularized already by Dr C Ashwath and others.

The art direction for this ‘Nada Geethe’ is lent by Shashidhar Adapa national acclaimed technician, Lakshman Reddy edited the song.

At the video album release actor and director Ayyappa P Sharma, cinematographer Rajesh Kata, music director Koushik Harsha, art director Shashidhar Adapa, Lakshman Reddy editor and Sanjay Betegeri were present.
