James Kipps-Bolton a 38-year-old man has been sentenced to nine years prison by a Warwickshire court for sexually assaulting a teenage girl who was fully intoxicated and unconscious when the horrid event occurred. The unnamed girl on the fateful night had gone to the Leamington Spa where she had over drunk and was not in a condition to go home. Bolton had offered to help but since her house in Coventry was too far and allowed her to sleep in his nearby flat.
The girl had then woken up the next morning and was shocked to find that she was naked and lying beside Bolton who was also naked. She had immediately rushed home and after a complaint the cops got working.
The Judge's statement reads “You saw her outside the night club, and you saw she was obviously and very seriously incapacitated. No doubt you thought she was drunk, but the truth was she was mentally ill and suffering from the effects of combining alcohol and her medications. You saw a sexual opportunity for yourself. I reject the submission that you at any time wanted to help this young woman, and I reject the submission that your offence was opportunistic.
The judge added about the incident that happened in 2016 "You got this young woman into your basement flat. At no time did she flirt with you or make any sexual advances, she was unconscious in your bed. You have a fetish in pornography which involves sleeping women, and you took the opportunity to act out that fetish, and you filmed this young woman as you did so. “I would like to commend the officer who investigated this case."
Bolton's web browsing history had exposed that he had the fetish for sleeping women and now he has been ordered to register as a lifelong sexual offender apart from his jail term.
