In a recent video interview, Hollywood filmmaker James Cameron was all praise for 'RRR', SS Rajamouli's classism and the Shakespearean narrative of the film. He specifically referred to the complex character played by Ram Charan. In a way, the 'Avatar' maker endorsed the Mega Power Star's performance in the film.

Megastar Chiranjeevi, sharing footage from the interview, displayed his happiness. He wrote that a cinematic genius like Cameron lauding his son's character is a great honour in itself.

Talking about Cameron's acknowledgment of Ram Charan's character in the movie, the 'Waltair Veerayya' actor described the 'Titanic' maker as a global icon and cinematic genius. His praise is nothing less than an Oscar itself, the 'Bholaa Shankar' star added.

"It’s a great honor for Ram Charan. As a father, I feel proud of how far he’s come. Cameraon's compliment is a blessing for his future endeavours," Chiru added.

The 'Rangasthalam' actor may well have captured the attention of Hollywood studios in recent months. Cameron's comments may only be a reflection of the same.
