The shooting of Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' is going on in full swing on grand sets erected in Chennai. The mega flick is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and is produced by Sun Pictures with Anirudh scoring the music.

It has already been announced officially that Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, Saravanan, Aranthangi Nisha and Yogi Babu are acting in important roles with Rajinikanth. It is now revealed that young actress Mirna Menon has joined the cast and is playing a pivotal character.

It is worth noting that Mirna Menon got noticed in the Tamil serial 'Anandham' which is being aired on Zee Tamil. She is the female lead in the Arya-Sathya starrer 'Sandanthevan' directed by Ameer and also was part of Mammooty's Malayalam film 'Big Brother'.
